Sterling and Myssi
STERLING BROWN-Lead Pastor
Sterling is the founding and lead pastor of Resolution Church. Sterling, his wife, Myssi, and their four children live in Kennesaw, Georgia, a suburb of the Atlanta area. From pastoring, to leading worship, leading overseas mission teams and helping launch new campus ministries on college campuses in Atlanta, Sterling has over 19 years of ministry experience in different cities, nations and in various capacities. He received ministry training in the Every Nation Leadership Institute and recently went through the EN Church Planter's Bootcamp.
Sterling and Myssi both grew up in unchurched families and came to Christ in college. Thus providing first hand experience to the priority of reaching young people with the Gospel. Sterling grew up in a bi-racial family, and diversity continues to mark his life and ministry. The two were athletes in college, so they are able to communicate to a sports saturated culture. Sterling is an artist/musician, with a passion to connect artists to God in a major cultural center of America.
All that to say, his dream is to see multi-ethnic, multi-generational churches planted all over Atlanta pointing people far from God to life in Christ. This will happen as we reach, equip and send a new generation of leaders into the world equipped to influence today's culture.
